You may want a unique home designed by an architect but you can't afford their fees. You may have looked into a do-it-yourself houses and drawings but found they are not professional enough. Then there are group home and house/land package or house drawings that you may consider lack individuality. There are plenty of others who also are home designers but do not have the same design quality as an architect's house drawings. So the cost of an architect is too high but you still want a unique creative house plan.
